BOTBRIDGE – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between BIZCOLLAB360 TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or entity using BotBridge services (“you” or “Customer”).
These Terms govern access to and use of the BotBridge platform including website, WhatsApp Business integrations, RCS messaging, chatbot tools (AI and rule-based), APIs, CRM modules, analytics, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance & Changes
1.1 We may update these Terms at any time.
1.2 Updates will be posted on our website with a revised date.
1.3 Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Registration
2.1 You must provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 You are responsible for all actions performed using your account.
2.3 You must maintain confidentiality of credentials.
2.4 We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or partner policies (Google / WhatsApp / RCS).
3. Nature of Services
BotBridge enables businesses to:

Send and receive messages via WhatsApp Business, RCS, SMS, and other channels

Build AI and non-AI chatbots

Store customer conversations in CRM

Automate notifications and marketing messages

Analyze engagement data
Use of WhatsApp Business and RCS is subject to the policies of Meta, Google, telecom operators, and local regulations in addition to these Terms.
4. Platform & Google Data Practices
4.1 Data Accessed
When you connect Google services or messaging channels, we may access only the data necessary to operate BotBridge, including:

User profile (name, email, identifiers)

Messaging metadata (timestamps, delivery status)

Contact identifiers for WhatsApp/RCS delivery

Conversation content stored by you

Logs for security and troubleshooting
We do not access personal Google data beyond what you authorize.
4.2 Data Usage
Your data is used solely to:

Deliver WhatsApp / RCS / chatbot communications

Automate workflows created by you

Provide analytics and reports

Maintain security and prevent abuse

Improve platform reliability
We never use Google or messaging data for advertising or unrelated AI training.
4.3 Data Sharing
Data may be shared only with:

WhatsApp Business / RCS providers for message delivery

Cloud hosting and security vendors

Partners you explicitly enable

Authorities when legally required
We do not sell user data.
4.4 Storage & Security

4.5 Retention & Deletion

5. WhatsApp & RCS Specific Terms
5.1 Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:

You will message only users who have provided valid opt-in consent

Templates and campaigns will comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and RCS guidelines

You will not send spam, phishing, or prohibited content
-
You are responsible for message content created by you
5.2 Prohibited Use
You shall not use BotBridge for:

Unsolicited bulk messaging

Impersonation or fraud
-
Sensitive category targeting (health, finance without consent)
-
Illegal or misleading promotions
-
Adult, gambling, or restricted content unless permitted
5.3 Suspension
We may suspend messaging access if:

WhatsApp/RCS providers flag abuse
-
High block rates occur
-
Policy violations are detected
6. Customer Data Ownership
6.1 You own all messages, contacts, and content you upload.
6.2 We act only as a processor and platform provider.
6.3 We access data solely to deliver Services.
7. Payments & Refunds
7.1 You agree to pay subscription and usage fees.
7.2 Messaging charges depend on WhatsApp/RCS operator pricing.
7.3 Refunds apply only if Services are not delivered as agreed.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, and trademarks belong to the Company.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Use of Google, WhatsApp, RCS, or other channels is subject to their respective policies.
We are not liable for actions taken by those providers.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “AS IS.”
We do not guarantee delivery rates controlled by WhatsApp/RCS networks.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Policy violations

Non-payment
-
Partner platform breaches
13. Enterprise Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
For enterprise customers processing personal data on behalf of their end users:

The BotBridge DPA forms part of these Terms.

We act as Data Processor.

Customer acts as Data Controller.

14. Cookies & Consent Notice
BotBridge uses cookies to:

Enable analytics

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
